which you prefer the most ghee or butter ?

Do ghee better than butter or both are healthy ? 
Nutrition wise both ghee and butter have vitamins A, E, K2, CLA 
Both of them are dairy products ,but they have certain differences ,like butter is made from churning milk or cream until fat the fat separates from the liquid and butter fat is left and milk solids ( they have proteins in them ) .now If  we heat this butter fat than the fat will get separated from milk protein , this butter fat that's now left is ghee because milk proteins have been separated ,
This makes the ghee lactose and casein free.
Lactose also helps your body absorbs numbers of minerals, such as magnesium and zinq ,while casein is the slower supplement since it's digested more slowly , both proteins can help your muscle growth when you workout, 

The slef life of ghee is better than butter , and ghee has higher smoke point too , but yes 100 % grass fed ghee or even butter is best for health.
